Request a Return
To initiate a return, submit a request within 14 days of delivery. You can either complete the return form online or email us at hello@haledlena.com.
Pick-Up & Shipping
We will arrange a pick-up for your return. Please note that a shipping fee may apply based on your location. It may take up to 15 days for us to receive your return.
Return Processing & Refund
Once the returned item is accepted at our quality control department, your refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase (excluding shipping fees). Refunds may take 4-15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Note: In-store purchases cannot be returned via online request.
Exchanges
Once your returned item is processed, we will proceed with your exchange order. The new item will be shipped to you as part of a new purchase.
